Administration

    The Greater Brighton Fire Protection District employs five paid staff and 2 volunteers for administration duties.  Currently, there is the Acting Fire Chief, Human Resource, Secretary, Data Entry and Bookkeeper .  There are also two volunteers firefighters who assist with our volunteer program.  Our administration staff is responsible for making the Fire District work behind the scenes.  They assist with scheduled events, assists the "Board of Directors", helping firefighters with non-emergent issues and meeting our taxpayers that visit "Station #51".  

    The Administration offices are located at the Fire Districts "Station #51".  Officer hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  If you have questions, the office can be reached at (303) 659-4101.  Below are the dates that the Administration office is closed due to 2007 Holiday's.

Message From the Fire Chief

    Thank you for visiting the Greater Brighton Fire Protection Districts web-site. The Greater Brighton Fire Protection District provides a number of services, which are detailed further in this Web site, to the citizens of the City of Brighton, Wattenberg, Henderson, Adams County and Weld County.   The Fire  District is a combination Department staffed with 48 career personnel and 60 volunteers who respond from five stations.

    I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members of the organization, volunteer and career, for their dedication, exemplary performance and the professionalism that they display every day.
