Training Logo.JPG (1279257 bytes)    Station #52 is the oldest station in the Fire District and is the busiest company.  This station also is the "Training Center" for the District.  The station was built in 1963 to provided coverage for the east side of the City of Brighton.  When it was open it was a two-bay station with a room on the north side of the building for meetings.  As the needs of the Fire District increased, two additional bays were added to south side.  In 2004, a career staff was added and three rooms were added between the original bays and the training room.  Station #52 responds to 2,000 calls annually.

2005 a mobile home trailer was added to the west side of building, behind the bay doors and the existing bed rooms were given to the Training Division to serve as offices.  The training room was updated with more modern equipment to facilitate the needs of the career staff and volunteers.  Station #52 is also were the Fire Districts "Board of Directors" use for there meetings.
